What products are in the Smash product range?

Smash provides its consumers with a range of good quality, affordable products to suit all the family. Specialising in the Back to School market, Smash provides a range of fashionable and affordable lunch bags, drink bottles, school bags and more. Smash also caters for the parents with a fashionable and affordable outside dining range, kitchenware, BBQ range, cooling range and more.

Where can I buy the Smash product range in Australia?

I live overseas. Where can I purchase Smash products?

Does Smash sell products online?

Yes, Smash sells a large range of their products online at www.bonzoo.com.au

Does Smash sell spare parts?

Smash can provide you with a replacement part for a number of products via our Spare Parts. If the spare part you are looking for isn't available on our website please email us at enquirires@smashenterprises.com.au

Do Smash products have a warranty?

Many of our products have specific warranty details printed on product packaging. While a number of our products still do not carry an expressed warranty, any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship within a 12-month period, will be replaced or repaired at no charge to you. Please contact us via the Returns Form for a prompt response regarding your return or contact us at enquiries@smashenterprises.com.au

My Smash product doesn't meet my expectations. What do I do?

If you purchase a Smash product and it does not meet your expectations please contact us via our Returns Form for a prompt reply, or email us at enquirires@smashenterprises.com.au

How does Smash measure product safety?

To make sure that Smash products remain safe to our consumers, employees and the environment, Smash ensures that all regulations and standards set by governing bodies are not only met, but also exceeded. These governing bodies include:

  • Food Standards Australia and New Zealand
  • United States Food and Drug Association

Products are tested by SGS Australia or SGS Hong Kong which are industry recognised and conform to guidelines and industry best practice recommendations.

All of Smash products meet and exceed regulations and standards set by governing bodies. Where applicable, Smash products are:

  • BPA Free
  • Lead Free
  • Phthalate Free
  • Food Safe

If you are wondering if your Smash product is free from the above, please refer to your packaging.

Do any Smash products contain BPA?

No. None of the products in the Smash range contain BPA.
BPA (Bisphenol A) is a chemical used to make a wide variety of products such as plastic bottles, containers and food lining. Recently, concerns have been raised about the safety of BPA. Smash Enterprises ensure that all products are BPA Free and are safe to use.

Do any Smash products contain Phthalates?

The surface of Smash items that have contact with food i.e. the inside lining of our Insulated Lunch Bags and Coolers DO NOT contain Phthalates, in line with World's Best Practice.

What is the best way to clean products within the Smash range?

Smash products are made from durable and high quality materials. To prolong the life of your Smash item, we recommend you follow the cleaning guidelines for our range:

  • Before use, wash your Smash product by hand
  • To prolong the life of your Smash product, we recommend you clean your items by using a warm damp cloth, or follow the Use and Care instructions for each item below.
  • DO NOT clean with abrasive soaps or scouring pads
  • DO NOT use chemicals such as bleach to clean

Insulated Lunch Bags and Coolers

  • To clean, use a warm damp cloth and wipe inside and out
  • DO NOT place in the washing machine, dryer or dishwasher
  • DO NOT use chemicals such as bleach to clean

Drink Bottles and Plasticware

  • To clean, handwash in warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly

Outside Dinning
Melamine and Melamix Items

  • To clean, handwash in soapy water and rinse thoroughly
  • DO NOT clean with abrasive soaps or scouring pads
  • DO NOT place in microwave (some of our items are Microwave Safe, so please refer to packaging before use)

Stainless Steel Drink Bottles

While our Stainless Steel bottles are Dishwasher Safe, we recommend the following tips to prolong the life and look of your new Stainless Steel bottle.

Step 1. Before its first use, clean your new Stainless Bottle using warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly

Step 2. Between uses, we recommend washing with warm soapy water and rinsing thoroughly

Aluminium Drink Bottle

Step 1. Before its first use, ensure the carbon sachet is removed. This sachet is completely non-toxic.

Step 2. Once the sachet has been removed, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and rinsing thoroughly

Step 3. Between uses, we recommend washing with warm soapy water and rinsing thoroughly

Acrylic Items

  • To clean, wash in hot soapy water and rinse thoroughly
  • TOP RACK Dishwasher safe only

Live It Kitchenware

The following items are Dishwasher Safe, however we recommend to handwash in warm soapy water to prolong the life of your product.

Silicone Bakeware

  • Wash in warm soapy water before use
  • DO NOT clean with abrasive soaps or scouring pads
  • DO NOT use on an open flame or direct heat
  • DO NOT use as a cutting surface, or use sharp tools to remove or cut food from bakeware
